My experience here at Diesel Worx has been nothing but the best! My 17 duramax had a loss of power and fuel pouring out from the fuel pump on way to work. Had towed here and they immediately made my truck #1 priority like they also have in the past. Mike (very professional, I believe he's the owner) called detailing the issue, cost and about how long repairs would take and they hit it right on the head! 4 days and they replaced my entire fuel system and got my truck running better than ever before. Hector the mechanic knows his stuff and took great care of making everything was correct before handing me back the keys. Had a small leak on my ac line, called about the issue and the same day after bringing it in I was good to go again! If you need a shop that won't quickly say they're 'out two weeks' of even looking at your vehicle then you need to call diesel worx! The two times I had to call a local diesel mechanic, they made me there #1 priority unlike all other diesel shops! Thanks Mike & Hector.

If I could give Diesel Worx 10 stars I would! Mike the manager and James the mechanic were great. We were 2000 miles from home and our Ram 3500 had a severe oil leak. As busy as they are, Mike took our truck in, confirmed what it needed, ordered the parts right away and even handled all communication with the extended warranty company! This was a major repair. Mike and James had our truck safely back on the road in 3 days. We are grateful to have found them. Diesel Worx is the absolute best (and cleanest) diesel shop I have ever worked with.

These guys are awesome. I spent two months on and off doing the part replacement game before I realized, I didn't have the right diagnostics equipment to move any further. I had my truck towed over to Mike and the team and they got to work on it about five days later. This wasn't my primary mode of transportation, so no big deal. Turns out it was one more relay that I needed to check and replace for a 2012 ram 2500 6.7 with a no start condition (not receiving fuel). I'm not made of money but the pricing was exceptional even for such a small fix. Go see these guys for your problems. They are very easy to talk to you if you want any updates. Front desk staff is cordial. And you can tell by the number of vehicles they have in and out and sitting around, they are a preferred provider of diesel mechanic services (likely for bigger and more complex problems at that).

We were camping 1800 miles from home when our F250 tow vehicle had engine problems. No local dealer could get us in for 2-3 weeks but one recommended Diesel Worx. Mike, the service manager, was incredible - he was knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive to our predicament. I brought my 2003 Ford excursion in for service and was told I had $13000,00 Worth of damage going on with my motor. Couldn't believe it. I call back with my mechanic I've known for years on the phone and I asked the guy from Diesel Worx to tell him all that was goin on with my motor to him.. I sat back and let them two have a 20 min convo about all the ends and outs. At the end of the day I paid $13000,00 and I'm very satisfied.

F450 broke down and had it towed to a local dealer. I was suspicious of the dealer diagnosis. They included replacing a DPF with fewer than 5000 miles. I told Diesel Worx it was not running, nothing else. Completely different diagnosis from and fix from Diesel Worx. Their fix was thousands less to get me running. Also had them replace my turbos that i knew were faulty..great mechanics and service. These guys are not generic parts changers. I bought this beast used and had no idea how much turbo boost she had until now. Thanks...will be seeing you guys for mantenance and any problems in the future!

FAIR. QUICK. HONEST I own a 2008 Ford F-450 and I needed a lil work done to it (cab and chassis mounts, idler pulley and tensioner and belts). I told Mike that they can take there time and do the work. I didn't mind if they had 100 vehicles ahead of me. That was on Thursday morning at 9:00am. On Friday afternoon Mike called me to come pick up my truck. The work was all done. WOW!!!! I'm not saying that every situation will be the same as mines but I'm happy I went to these guys for my work. The truck rides like new money. It only has 75000 miles but it rides the way it did when I first purchased it. Thank you Mike and the guys at Diesel Worx.

Awesome repair shop with great people! Our Ford F-250 broke down on the interstate near Kenner. 2 of our friends recommended Dieselworx, so we had AAA tow us there. They fit us in right away even though they were quite busy, considering the fact that we were on our way to Gatlinburg to celebrate our 10th anniversary.
